Geeks Doing Good 2017 Perk Update 4: Fulfillment!
If you haven’t been following us on social media (and really, why wouldn’t you?), you may not know that Geeks Doing Good perk fulfillment is in full swing. We started last week, but something else happened that was more important to talk about. If you haven’t read last week’s blog post, please do–we’ve updated it to reflect the new storms.
In happier news, though, not only have we been busy with perk fulfillment, but domestic perks should all be in the mail by the end of the day tomorrow! We are using a bulk shipping service, which means delivery times will be a bit longer than normal. And next week, we’ll start on international orders!
Maria, Mike, and Jenny have a real assembly line going.
Everything is being sent out with the exception of the Name of the Wind 10th Anniversary Editions, which will ship in October when they’re released. If you ordered anything other than the 10th Anniversary Edition, you’ll receive those perks first. If you missed the Geeks Doing Good campaign, we are still accepting preorders for the 10th Anniversary Edition at The Tinker’s Packs!
And in case you’re interested, here are a few photos of some of the cool stuff that arrived since our last update:
The beautiful change jars from Sunset Hill Stoneware.
The metal Tak set on the Daisy side of the board.
The stone Tak set on the Stone side of the board.
Wyrmwood’s Lorren & Scriv’s Tak sets.
We can’t wait for you guys to get your perks. We’re really happy with how everything turned out, and we think you will be too. When your packages arrive, let us know by posting photos on Twitter and Facebook!
Thanks to everyone who joined us for Geeks Doing Good and stopped at our booth at Gen Con. If you’d like to say hi in person, we’ll be at Salt Lake Comic Con later this month, New York Comic Con next month, and GameHole Con in November. See you then!
