Big Ol’ Geeks Doing Good Update!
Okay, during the Geeks Doing Good campaign, we promised we’d post updates here and there detailing the progress of all the perks. This is one such update!
First, we should say that the surveys for t-shirts, hoodies, and fragrances were sent out at the end of the fundraiser, and we’ve sent a couple poke emails since. If you ordered anything with quantities, smells, or alternate designs, we can’t send you your perks until we know exactly what size/smell/design you want. Please check your spam filter to make sure you haven’t missed the survey. We need to know answers by tomorrow, Friday June 8th. If you already filled out the survey, you’re good!
Second, we’ve been busy finalizing designs, approving proofs, and ordering swag. Some of that is still ongoing, but it’s about time we told you exactly where we stand on your perks. So batten down the hatches, hatch the chickses, and chick out these updates:

The Princess Who Saved Herself: We’re working with Greg to update the cover and copyright info.
All the Coffee: Labels are getting printed; we will order coffee right before it’s sent to ensure freshness.
Foxen Nightlight: Ordered! We should see them early next month.
Kvothe In Tarbean Puzzle: Ordered! We should see them by the end of this month.
NotW Writing Gloves: Ordered and in production.
Litographs Tees and Totes: Surveys are due tomorrow, July 8th!
Draccus Plushie: Final design has been approved; we’re getting a physical prototype soon.
Eolian Coffee Mug: Ordered! They should be ready the first week in August.
Buncha Games (all bundles): Games are here. We start assembling and wrapping bundles next week.
Book Bundles (all bundles): Book bundles are being assembled and wrapped literally right now (thanks Gavin!).

Worldbuilders Takes Your Money: We sold two of these $1,000 perks, but one person doubled the amount. Thank you both for being crazy awesome. Or maybe just awesome.

The Princess & Mr. Whiffle Bundle: Books are in stock and will be wrapped soon.

Custom Name Rings (all rings): Badali Jewelry Specialists have been coordinating with perk winners directly, and they say everything is copacetic!
Buy a Goat!: We sent a check for $2,760 to Heifer International last week, earmarked for goats. Thank you guys so much!

That’s it! We’ll post another big update in a couple weeks to let you know how things are going. We’ll remove some of the stuff from the list if it’s packed and ready to go. Please keep in mind that even though some perks are already in house, we’ll be shipping everything out at once to save on shipping and keep organized. The good news is, we’re right on schedule, so all perks should still be sent in time for Christmas!
