The 2016 Geeks Doing Good campaign is over! Together we raised over $206,000 to help folks who need it.
Hi guys! Just a quick update about the mid-season Geeks Doing Good fundraiser. As of right now, we've raised over $86,000 because you guys are awesome. We sold out of the 77 signed and quoted Name of the Wind, the beautiful cloaks from Kirkii Creations, and some of the other limited stuff.
Our Mid-Season fundraiser is on the horizon! You can see it approaching, and if you squint a little, you can almost make out some of the cool stuff we're offering.
We're super stoked for the official release of Tak. Everyone in the office backed the Kickstarter, and there will probably be a frenzy of playing when our sets arrive...or before, since you don't actually need a board or official pieces to play.
Now that the weather is less wintery and not as rainy, we decided to be adults and have ice cream for lunch. We all dug in the change cups of our cars and walked the few blocks from our office to Belt's Soft Serve for treats!
Last month, the Tinker's Packs did an April Fool's flash sale. If you missed it, that's okay--they only advertised it on Twitter and Facebook. But to do so, Nicole asked if Brett could come up with a shareable image with a product code that she could post.
Over the years, we've been fortunate enough to meet a bunch of really cool authors and entertainers. A lot of our author friends have been contributing to our annual fundraiser for quite some time by donating collectibles, manuscript critiques, crafts and artifacts, and acts of whimsy for our stretch goals.
