One more day for the Humble Bundle!

The Subterranean Press Humble Bundle will end tomorrow at 1pm CST, so don’t forget to head over there and get in on the literary goodness! These ebooks, like Subterranean Press‘s print editions, are super nice. We flipped through a few virtual pages while we hungrily decided what to read first, and if a book’s print edition has original illustrations (some of them do), all the illustrations are in the electronic edition–a sweet bonus!

This illustration is by Maurizio Manzieri, from Kelley Armstrong’s Amityville Horrible.

Illustrations aside, a lot of these books are original novellas, compilations of short stories, or just plain awesome. Subterranean Press doesn’t publish bad books. Even if you don’t get into a certain genre, for less than $15 you can get 19 books–the odds are ever in your favor!

When we checked this morning, total payments had passed $200,000. Worldbuilders will receive a percentage of the donations, so even if you donate five bucks to grab the basic bundle of seven books (a raging deal!), everybody wins.

And if you’re from the future, and this Humble Bundle has been replaced by a different assortment of ebooks by a different publisher and benefitting a different charity, please buy them anyway! The Humble Bundle folks are awesome, and they have good reasons to pick the charities they do. The Worldbuilders team have all been chipping in for various Humble Bundles over the years, so we’ve seen the other charities involved. We know we’re in good company, and we’re thrilled we got to be part of this one!

Thanks guys!
