NerdCon: Stories!

As we mentioned last week, we’ll be at NerdCon: Stories tomorrow and Saturday, and the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minnesota! In fact, we’ll be on the road when this blog goes live, so let’s hear it for the magic of the internet! Ooooohh…..aaaahhh……

We’ll have a big ol’ booth (Booth #211, don’t be a stranger!) featuring a ton of swag from The Tinker’s Packs, and we’ll be running games of Boss Monster, Pairs, and King of Tokyo throughout the day.

Here’s our loose schedule…

Friday

  • Friday, Maria, Brett, and Amanda will be at the booth in the morning.
  • Pat will be on the main stage from 9 to 10:30 playing Celebrity Artemis with Darin Ross, John Scalzi, Jacqueline Carey, and Paolo Bacigalupi. You need to see this.
  • Brett will be at the booth drawing caricatures from 10-11am. They’re free, so come get yourself drawn!
  • Amanda will run games from 9-10 and 11-12:30.
  • Maria will head to her panel at 10:30.
  • Pat will be signing in the signing room from 11 to noon, and from 12:30 to 1:30.
  • In the afternoon, Rachel, Maria, Jeff, and Nicole will be tag-teaming the booth while Adam runs games until 5.
  • Brett will be back at 5 to draw caricatures until 7.

Saturday

  • The boys (Adam, Jeff, and Brett) will be at the booth in the morning.
  • Brett will draw caricatures again from 10-11am.
  • Adam will run games from 9am to 1:30pm.
  • Amanda, Rachel, and Nicole will take over the booth after noon.
  • Pat’s on a panel from 12:30 to 1:30.
  • Amanda will run games from 2 to 5pm.
  • Brett will be back at 5pm for more caricatures.

Make sure you check the entire NerdCon schedule so you don’t miss anything! Our friends from the Harry Potter Alliance will be there, Paul & Storm will be performing, Hank and John Green will be there, Mary Robinette Kowal, Jacqueline Carey, Holly Black, Paolo Bacigalupi, Maggie Stiefvater, and a bunch of other cool authors will be there signing, participating in panels, and generally being cool.

If you just went to enjoy the mainstage events, you will seriously have a blast.
