IndieGoGo progress…

Hi guys!

So it’s been a couple weeks since the IndieGoGo officially ended, and at this point we’re only missing a few tee shirt surveys, so if you ordered a shirt and haven’t filled out a survey to let us know the style and size, please check your spam filter! We need those today!

We’ve been in contact with all our manufacturers, troubleshooting designs and getting order quantities nailed down.

Please note that we will be combining perks into as few shipments as possible, so we will be waiting until all the perks are in before we send them out. Our safe bet for getting everything shipped is September–this leaves time for things to go wrong, as they often do. Thanks for your patience in this! Litographs Tattoos: Litographs has the design and is currently in mid-production. We’ll let you guys know when we get them!

Gear Window Clings: Are on order!

Postcards from the Underthing: The final designs were sent to our printer yesterday, and they’re really good about a fast turnaround. In a couple weeks, we can cross them off the list!

Pairs Pirates Deck: We have the Pairs decks bubble-wrapped and ready to go.

Auri’s Most Perfect Soap: The order went in to Black Phoenix last week, and they’re hard at work.

They sent us a photo of the soap curing! That’s a lot of soap.

Slow Regard Text Earrings: All the earrings are packed up and ready to go.

Nerds & Music Poster: We have them and they’re ready to go.

Year of the Gear Challenge Coin: We’ve requested a quote from a new (to us) company that specializes in quality, US-made challenge coins. We really like what we’ve seen so far!

International Shipping: Not really a progress report, but we want to say Thank You to everybody who covered their shipping, and to everyone who double-perked to cover shipping for some of the folks who otherwise couldn’t afford it. You guys keep blowing our minds with how awesome you are! Thank you!!

Pinny Arcade Talent Pipe Pins: These are packed and ready to go.

All Geek-a-Week Cards: We have all the cards in-hand and packed.

Slow Regard Art Necklaces: Like the Text Earrings, we have them packed and ready to go. Thanks to all our volunteers for sorting and wrapping the jewelry: Mary, Tracy, Trina, Amie, Steve, and that one beardy guy who writes fantasy novels. We had to re-do a lot of the beardy guy’s work, but he was just so excited about it. 

2016 Karen Hallion Calendar: Karen took some time from her well-deserved vacation to give us the final okay. The order will go in next Thursday, and we can’t wait to see it printed at full size!

Guys….moon fish. Seriously. Guess the movie!

2016 Beyond Words Calendar: Lauren has one more author to photograph, and the calendar looks great. Once she has the new photo in place, we’ll have one last round of proofreading, then it’s off to the printer!

Auri & Fulcrum Print: We placed the order yesterday, so we should have them soon. It’s the same print shop we use for the calendars–they’re a local, family-owned business that we love working with.

ALL TEE SHIRTS: Today is the last day to get us your information via the survey we sent out on June 9th. There have been a few reminders since, so if you haven’t filled out the survey, please check your spam filter to make sure we know what size/style/color you need. We can’t send your shirt until we hear from you, and after today, you’ll lose your choice of color, since we’re only ordering extra stock in the most popular color for each design.

Auri’s Brazen Gear Necklace: These are on order from Badali Jewelryand should be here toward the end of July.

Signed Oberon Ham Bone print: We need to pack these for shipment, but we do have them in the office. They’re super cool.

ALL BOOK AND GAME BUNDLES: We are wrapping and packing the Mayfair game bundles right now. Next on the list is Book Bundles. Trina has been taking big chunks out of our inventory getting all these ready to go, and we’ve already sent a couple early game shipments for those of you who only perked for game bundles.

Litographs Shirt and Slow Regard Page Bookmark: Pat is signing the bookmarks as we speak (type), and when he’s done we’ll send them off to get laminated. Litographs has finalized the Auri design. Once we have the tee shirt surveys in, we’ll place the order.

Pat has to sign a lot of stuff this time around.

Life, the Universe, and Everything: Again, you guys are the BEST.

Year of the Gear Bundle: Most of these items are currently on order.

Copper Dice from Shire Post Mint: Tom from Shire Post Mint was actually driving through Wisconsin last week and personally delivered all the copper dice. They are absolutely gorgeous (and so, so heavy). We even have little linen bags for them with the Tinker logo. We just have to assemble the dice bags and pack them for shipment.

Slow Regard E-Reader cases: These are finished and ready to go, we just have to pack them.

Eolian Bar Hoodie: We’ve already chosen the manufacturer, we’re just waiting on the surveys to place the final order.

Thrice-signed Beatrice’s Goat: These are in the office and wrapped.

Rogues Anthology: All the Rogues books are wrapped and ready to go.

All Unfettered Anthology (limited + Unbound & regular editions): Both editions are in stock and ready, except for, you know, Unbound, which hasn’t been released yet.

Vintish Court Rings: In stock and ready to go.

Denna Who? Canvas: Wrapped and ready to go.

Vi Hart Sharpie & Emergency Box: We have Vi’s markers and the boxes. We just need to unite them and wrap them for safe shipping.

Cameo in the Worldbuidlers comic: Brett has emailed the folks that perked at this level, so if you haven’t responded, please check your spam filter! We’re hoping to get these comics posted toward the end of August, so stay tuned!

Signed & Sketched Slow Regard: Nate has the books and is madly doodling in them as we speak.

True Dungeon at Gen Con 2015: We’ve contacted everyone who perked at this level via email, so please check your spam filter.

Signed College Survival Guide: Pat brought over a few of his copies. Once he signs them and Brett doodles in them, we’ll wrap them up.

300 Chip Poker Box Set: Maria will be assembling the chips and decks for these on Monday, then we’ll wrap ’em up.

Worldbuilders Takes Your Money: Pat thought this perk would be just crazy fun. It made him super happy to see it as an option, and when two of you perked at this level, he was over the moon. Thank you so much!

1st Edition NotW Fabio/Green Man/Blue Man: Once Pat signs these, they’ll be wrapped (very well) and ready to go.
