This 2016, slotless, ultra rare True Dungeon token is signed by Patrick Rothfuss!

Spell and/or missile attack damage inflicted upon the user is reduced by 4.  This is a slotless item, not an ioun stone.

Text on token: 4 Damage from all missile & spell attacks against you.  It is equippable and useable by all, Barbarian, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Dwarf Fighter, Elf Wizard, Fighter, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, and Wizard.
