2019 Worldbuilders End-Of-Year Fundraiser

Our annual fundraiser for Heifer International kicks off on December 3rd, 2019 (that’s Giving Tuesday)! During our two-week fundraiser, 100% of the money raised will go to Heifer International to aid in their humanitarian work.

Heifer’s “teach a man to fish” philosophy is to arm people with the knowledge, skill, and raw material to pull themselves, their families, and their communities out of systemic poverty, which not only allows them the opportunity to thrive, but to become successful enough to pass on their knowledge and resources to more families, creating a ripple effect of long-term, positive change. This year, we will focus on Heifer’s programs for women in impoverished areas where they are traditionally second-class citizens, and how Heifer’s programs arm them with the knowledge and business savvy they need to become successful pillars of their community.

We will be sharing stories of women who have participated in these programs so you can learn directly from them how a little knowledge, a chance to dream, and a single goat makes all the difference in the world.
