Thank you for an amazing fundraiser!!

Well that went by quickly! Thanks to all our supporters, our 2019 Fundraiser for Heifer International raised over $800,000 to support Heifer’s Inclusive Markets for Women Farmers in Bangladesh program. We have raised enough money to fund two-thirds of the entire program, which is no mean feat! The money we raised will fund the program from its inception and early stages–recruiting volunteer participants, training in Heifer’s guiding principles–through economic and nutritional stability! The women participating in this program (and their families) will still have some work to do networking and creating a distribution infrastructure for their small businesses and co-ops, but it’s great peace of mind to know that while they do that, they and their families will be healthy and happy, and have the knowledge and resources they need to stay that way.

We are blown away by the quality of the Worldbuilders community, how you support us and Heifer, and more importantly, how you support each other! We’ve seen so much kindness and helpfulness between all of you on social media and in the streams, and it does our hearts good to know we’re surrounded by such quality people.
